Low-Back Dress - Ivory Hibiscus

Made from soft, structured cotton, this dress has a boat-neckline, a structured waist and an A-line skirt that falls into a long ruffle. It zips up the back with an invisible zipper. This back of the dress, while too low for a normal bra, is not fully backless.
