May 1 - Oct 31: We offer store credit on eligible products purchased online, within 7 days from arrival at your doorstep to postmarked return date. Store credit will be processed in the full amount excluding shipping charges. This does not include the above listed final sale items. We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears damaged, worn, or used. Please follow the below procedure to process your return:
A. Confirm your item(s) are eligible for return (see below)
B. Fill out our RETURN FORM, including order number and items you would like to return and await approval on return
C. Upon approval, you may ship your product back to us at the below address. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipments, and you may use any carrier that suits you. Parcels must arrive back to the store within 7 days from postmarked ship date.
