Jewelry, intimates, swim, sunglasses, and sale items are all considered final sale both in-store and online. We are not able to offer store credit, exchange, or refund on any of these items, so please keep this in mind before purchasing.
We offer full refunds on eligible products purchased online, within 7 days from arrival at your doorstep to postmarked return date. Refunds will be processed in the full amount excluding shipping charges. This does not include the above listed final sale items. We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears damaged, worn, or used. Please follow the below procedure to process your return:
A. Confirm your item(s) are eligible for return (see below)
B. Fill out our RETURN FORM, including order number and items you would like to return and await approval on return
C. Upon approval, you may ship your product back to us at the below address. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipments, and you may use any carrier that suits you.

We will happily accept returns or exchanges of any eligible products within seven days for store credit. This does not include the above listed final sale items. We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears damaged, worn, or used.
We're currently offering two flat rate shipping options to anywhere in the continental US:
- UPS Ground - $15 (up to 5 business days)
- UPS 3-Day Select - $30
At this time we are only able to ship within the continental U.S.
Online orders placed before 2PM on Monday-Friday will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2PM will ship out on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will go out on Monday.
For products identified in the description as shipping from vendor, please allow an additional 48 hours of processing time.
Packages shipped via UPS Ground and will generally take 3-5 business days from ship date, depending on destination.
Packages shipped via UPS 3-Day Select will arrive within 3 business days.
Please keep in mind that we are at will to island weather, and outgoing shipments are often delayed due to ferry and flight cancelations. With this in mind, please allow for an extra few days.
