What is your return policy?
In Store:
Jewelry, Intimates, Swim, Hats, Sunglasses, & Sale items are all final sale. We will happily accept returns or exchanges for any other unworn products with tags within 7 days for store credit. Due to the seasonal nature of our business business, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the months of May - September. All sales are final in the months of October - April. We have the right to refuse any exchange or return if we suspect misuse or wear. 

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we offer returns for store credit on eligible products purchased online, only in the months of May - September. This does not include Jewelry, Intimates, Swim, Hats, Sunglasses, & Sale items as they are final sale. All sales in the months of October - April are final. The return also needs to reach us back within 10 days of its delivery date to you.  We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears damaged, worn, or used. Please follow the below procedure to process your return:

A. Confirm your item(s) are eligible for return (see below)

B. Fill out our return form under "Returns" on our menu and await approval on return

C. Upon approval, you may ship your product back to us at the below address. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipments. You may use any carrier that suits you, however we advise that due to our island location you use UPS or FedEx and obtain tracking information.

When will I receive my goods?

Packages can be sent UPS ground for $15 within 3 to 5 days or UPS 3 day shipping for $30.

Do you expedite shipping?
Yes, we can. Please call the shop at 508-901-5406 to get your custom expedited shipping quote. 

Can you track your order?
Yes, your UPS tracking number will be sent to your phone or email depending on which option you select at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that have gone missing in transit or upon delivery. Please contact UPS.

Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
