Refund policy
Jewelry, intimates, swim, hats, sunglasses and sale items are all considered final sale both in-store and online. We are not able to offer store credit, exchange, or refund on any of these items, so please keep this in mind before purchasing.
In-Store Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we will happily accept returns or exchanges of any eligible products within seven days for store credit in the months of May - September. This does not include the above listed final sale items. All sales in the months of October - April are final. We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears damaged, worn, or used.
Online Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we offer returns for store credit on eligible products purchased online, only in the months of May - September. This does not include the above listed final sale items, and all sales in the months of October - April are final. The return also needs to reach us back within 10 days of its delivery date to you.  We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears damaged, worn, or used. Please follow the below procedure to process your return:
A. Confirm your item(s) are eligible for return (see below)
B. Fill out our return form under "Returns" on our menu and await approval on return
C. Upon approval, you may ship your product back to us at the below address. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipments. You may use any carrier that suits you, however we advise that due to our island location you use UPS or FedEx and obtain tracking information.
